How do I prevent the Notes Client from using the Windows Settings?

I have a form that is sent to the users( store form in document is set). Some users have their Windows Regional settings set to their conutry. i.e. Germany. There German number format is different that EEnglish(US)..so the calculations that are on the form result in an error.
